Each one has an original painting on each side so technically, there's 24 paintings in total. They're all comprised of double layered cardstock with POSCA paint and sealed with modpodge. (the one on the bottom left with the mermaid scales also has some glitter pens involved.)
They are all one of a kind but I can attempt to recreate a design if there's one sold out you just gotta have :)
